I am Stephan Grandy. My roots are in aviation, my present in transformation. I bring together what rarely comes together: 30 years of industry knowledge and AI that truly changes processes. Most people can do one or the other. I connect both.
I led Lufthansa Private Jet, learned the fractional-ownership model first-hand with NetJets and spent over twelve years in business aviation, most recently as a trusted third opinion for investors on acquisitions and new distribution models. You only learn that by being in it.
As a TÜV-certified Manager for Applied AI Transformation, I bring process optimization and AI-driven digitalization to where they work. Practical, GDPR-compliant, measurable. In aviation and in adjacent fields such as logistics and mobility.
